Antique Jester Head 10k Gold Coral Pendant

Here is another exceptionally rare Victorian 10k gold natural coral charm carved as a Jester’s head.

Antique natural orange coral carved as a head of a Jester or Fool (at a medieval Court). It’s nicely carved, showing a large nose and hat. The coral has an uneven aged/used natural quality to it which in my opinion only add to its antique mystery. Antique items are almost always pre-worn and will typically have some level of wear. (Please refer to images for reference).

It has a large 10k gold bail (not hallmarked - acid tested positive as 10k gold).

It measures approximately 3.3 cm long (including bail) or 2.5 cm (without bail) by 1.1 cm wide and it weighs approximately 2.40 grams.

The chain on image 7 is just used as a reference.

Acquired as part of large lot of Georgian/Victorian coral charms.
