A truly unique 18K gold antique late Georgian/early Victorian cross pendant.

This enchanting early 19th-century solid 18k gold cross boasts an exquisitely embellished surface on both sides. 

The most striking feature of this antique pendant is the hollow section in the middle, which forms the shape of a smaller, stylised cross. This cut-out detail adds a distinctive and delicate touch to the piece, allowing light to pass through and symbolising, I believe, spiritual openness. Surrounding the hollow cross in the centre are intricate engravings that fan out, resembling rays of light or feathered wings.

In good antique condition with some signs of ageing which, in my opinion, only enhance its timeless beauty. Antique items are almost always pre-worn and will typically exhibit some level of wear; please refer to the images.

It measures approximately 5.1 cm in length (including bail) by 2.7 cm in width and weighs around 4.1 grams of solid gold.

No hallmark - acid tested positive as 18k gold.
