Antique 18k Gold Bakelite Figa Charm

A stunning Bakelite 1930s Figa pendant with 18k gold base, nails, bracelet around the arm and holding a key.

The figa pendant has a dark reddish purple Burgundy colour tone creating a beautiful contrast with the antique 18k gold details. No hallmark - acid tested positive as 18k gold.

In good antique/used condition - with small signs of age, which in my opinion only adds to its true beauty. Please refer to the images for reference.

It measures approximately 4.1 cm long (including bail) by 1.1 cm wide and it weighs approximately 5.93 grams.

The Figa is sold on its own. The chain on image 7 is just used as a reference.

Bakelite is the first plastic made from synthetic components and was created around the 1910s.
