Antique late 1800s red/orange natural coral hand charm.

This delightful Mano Fico is set in an 18K gold decorated case (no hallmark - acid-tested positively for 18k gold). It has an 18k gold bracelet around the wrist.

The hand pendant is detailed sculpted from natural Mediterranean coral.

This antique figa pendant is in good antique/used condition with minor signs of age. The coral surface shows some natural wear - a testament of its natural quality and age, which in my view only enhances its genuine allure. Antique items are almost always pre-owned and will typically show some degree of wear - please refer to the images for reference.

The figa measures approximately 3.7 cm in length (including bail) and 1 cm in width. It weighs about 3.35 grams.

The chain in image 7 is used merely for reference.

The Mano Figa initially symbolised invoking fertility and later became a powerful talisman for warding off bad luck.
