Antique 18k Gold Victorian Cross Crucifix

Graceful antique European 18K gold antique Victorian crucifix pendant.

Delightful 1800’s solid 18 ct gold cross measuring approximately 3.7 cm long (including bail) by 2.2 cm wide. It weighs approximately 2.17 grams of solid gold.

This continental crucifix has a wonderful design with a beautiful halo shinning behind a raised Jesus. The cross is embellished on the front and on the back it has the symbols of *Arma Christi ("weapons of Christ").

In good antique/used condition with some signs of ageing which in my opinion, considering its age, only add to its mysterious timeless beauty. Antique items are almost always pre-worn and will typically have some level of wear.

No hallmark - acid tested positive as 18k gold.
