An utterly charming late Victorian natural coral figa pendant, boasting a delightful and rather whimsical miniature pig suspended beneath it.

This exquisite piece is a rare find, not only for its beautifully carved coral hand but also for the tiny pig, which appears to have been lovingly added by a previous owner. 
Together, they create a unique talisman, brimming with symbolism for prosperity and good fortune.

The figa is beautifully sculpted with a warm, organic patina that only time can bestow. Its 9k gold mount and bangle around the wrist show gentle signs of age, adding to its antique allure. 

The gold cap features subtle pierced detailing, while the hand itself has a tactile, smooth finish with natural variations in the coral. 

The pig, with its charming two-tone effect, is attached by a fine 9k gold wire. Both the figa’s gold fittings and the pig’s hook and bail have been acid-tested as 9k gold.
