Stunning antique orange/pink white Coral carved as aminiature pig.
Crafted from antique Mediterranean natural coral.
It mesures approximately 2.9 cm x 2.5 cm (with the bail) or 2 cm (without bail).
It weighs approximately 5.7 grams.
In good antique/used condition with the usual small signs of ageing, to which in my opinion only add to its true wonder. The coral has an uneven aged/used natural quality to it. (Antique items are almost always pre-worn and will typically have some level of wear). Please refer to images for condition and further details.
It has a 9k gold hook, a 9k gold embellished cap and a 9k gold bail (no hallmark - acid tested positive as 9k gold).
The chain on image 10 is just used as a reference.
Acquired as part of large lot of Georgian/Victorian coral charms.
