A charming piece of jewellery in the shape of a hand holding a key.

This lovely antique green figa is made of early resin (Bakelite or Celluloid) mounted on an ornate 9k gold base, complete with a 9k gold bracelet, nails, and key. (No hallmark, but acid-tested positive for 9k gold). 

The gold key symbolises the key to unlock the gates of heaven or spiritual enlightenment. Also believed to bring good fortune and ward off evil.

In good antique/used condition, it shows some signs of ageing on its surface and case. Given its age, these marks only enhance its timeless beauty. Antique items are typically pre-worn and will show some level of wear; please refer to the images.

Measures approximately 4 cm long by 2 cm wide and weighs about 1.6 grams.
