Antique 9k Stained Horn Figa Pendant, 9 ct Gold dark brown Good Luck Charm, Mano Fico, Evil Eye

A wonderfully expressive figa charm, carved from dark stained horn into the form of a clenched hand, a centuries-old gesture of protection and defiance.

The hand is mounted in warm 9k yellowish rose gold, with delicate gold nails and a slender gold bar held firmly in its grasp. The gold setting has a softly time-worn character: the cap shows gentle surface variation and a mellow patina, while the bar carries light, natural wear that catches the light in a subtle, lived-in way, all entirely in keeping with its age and adding depth rather than distraction.

All gold elements are unhallmarked but have been acid-tested as 9k gold.

The piece remains in good antique condition, with minor signs of age that speak to its history and use, such as small dents on the bar and the case. As with all antique jewellery, some wear is to be expected, please refer closely to the photographs.
