A striking and unusual antique leg pendant, crafted from blue Bakelite and dating to the 1920s. This small ex voto charm features a detailed gold-plated base and a delicate anklet, beautifully embodying the fusion of religious devotion and decorative craftsmanship.

Ex votos were traditionally offered to fulfil a vow or give thanks, and anatomical forms such as this leg were believed to bring healing or protection. It also echoes the figa tradition, charms worn to ward off evil and invite good fortune.

In good vintage condition, with surface wear consistent with age and use, details that only add to its character and charm. Please refer to the images for condition.

It mesures approximately3 cm x 1.5 cm x 0.6 cm and it weights approximately 0.9 grams.
