Here is another incredible antique silver santos halo. 

A Portuguese/Spanish silver altar figure crown, this delightful 19th century antique silver halo/crown was made to be worn over the head of a santo or saint figure. 

Another example of colonial Portuguese/Spanish folk art. 


In good antique condition with small signs of ageing, which in my opinion only add to its true mysterious beauty. (Antique items are almost always pre-used and will typically have some level of wear - Please refer to the images).



It measures approximately 15 cm by 13.5 cm.
 It weighs approximately 49 grams in total. 


No silver hallmark the halo - it has been tested as silver.



Very delicate and beautifully crafted, it hasn't been cleaned, but if the option is to have it cleaned, do it thoroughly and the original sterling silver will shine even more.
