Victorian 18k Gold Coral Figa Pendant, 18 ct Gold & Diamond Charm, Antique Mediterranean Mano Fico, Lucky Charm, Protection, Evil Eye

An exquisite Victorian era figa pendant carved from natural Mediterranean coral, dating to the late 1800s. This rare and deeply symbolic Mano Fico amulet is set in an ornate 18 ct gold mount adorned with three very tiny delicate rose-cut diamonds.

The gold cuff features intricate embellishments, adding charm and elegance to this protective talisman.

Originating from Italy, this piece was sourced from a private collection and despite its age, the hand pendant remains in good antique/used condition, with slight signs of wear, such as the thumb is a little worn out,  a proof of its age, to which in my opinion only adds its true mystery. Antique items are almost always pre-worn and will typically have some level of wear - please refer to the images for reference. 

It has no hallmarks - acid tested positive as 18k gold.

A gorgeous beautiful piece, it measures approximately 4.1 cm long (including bail) by 1.1 cm wide and it weighs approximately 6.1 grams.
