A striking 1940s red resin Figa pendant with 14k gold details.
Set on a 14k gold base, with a 14k gold bracelet around the wrist.
The hand is grasping a 9k gold ring, and handing from it there is miniature resin orange figa (orange and white tones) mounted on a 9k gold base.
All 14k gold details have no hallmark - acid-tested positive as 14k gold.
All 9k gold details have no hallmark - acid-tested positive as 9k gold.
In good vintage/used condition; with small signs of ageing - to which in my opinion only add to its true splendour. Antique items are almost always pre-worn and will typically have some level of wear - Please refer to the images.
Measures approximately 6 cm long (including bail and charms) by 1.8 cm wide and it weighs approximately 1.97 grams. A wonderful (red and orange/pink tones) resin piece of jewellery - this Figa charm is exactly as it was originally acquired from a dealer in the UK, together with a group of other figas from the same period.
The chain on image 7 is just used as a reference.
