Vintage 14k Gold Black Figa Pendant, Large Mano Fico Lucky Charm, 1950s Gold Fist Amulet, Evil Eye Protection Talisman, Statement Charm

A striking and unusually large vintage black figa, mounted in 14k gold and dating to the late 1950s.

This bold Mano Fico charm has real presence, beautifully carved with defined fingers, tiny gold nails and a gold stud at the wrist, all acid-tested as 14k gold (no hallmark). Its deep black tone gives it a powerful, almost sculptural quality.

The exact material of the figa itself is uncertain. It has the look and feel of a finely polished organic or composite material, beautifully smooth and weighty in the hand. Whatever its precise composition, it has aged wonderfully and carries a rich, lustrous depth that gives the piece much of its character.

Measuring approximately 6 cm (including bail) by 1.4 cm and weighing 6.2 grams, it is a substantial piece that would sit beautifully on a heavy chain or be added to a charm collection with character.

In good vintage condition, with gentle signs of age consistent with its history. Please study the photographs carefully.
