Vintage 14k Purple Figa, 14 ct Gold Hand Figa Charm

1950s sweet purple/iris tone Figa hand pendant.

Mid-century hand charm, mounted on a 14k gold case with an 14k gold nails (no hallmark - acid tested positive as 14k gold). It has a 9k gold bail - acid tested positive as 9k gold.

In good vintage/used condition with the usual small signs of ageing, to which in my opinion only add to its true splendour (vintage items are almost always pre-worn and will typically have some level of wear - please refer to images).

The hand measures approximately 4.5 cm (including bail) by 1.3 cm and it weighs approximately 3.9 grams.

The chain on image 7 is just used as a reference.

The original antique hand is made of early resin and ornate with 14k gold details.

The figa/fist hand is used for magical protection against the evil eye and other forms of bad luck.
