Vintage 18k Gold Articulated Fish Pendant, Moving Fish Charm, Turquoise Eyes, Mid Century 18 ct Gold Lucky Charm, Nautical Jewellery

A beautifully crafted vintage articulated fish pendant in solid 18k gold, dating to the mid-20th century. Elegantly modelled and full of character, this charming little fish is distinguished by its articulated construction, allowing the body to move freely with a wonderfully fluid, lifelike motion. The tone is a  beautifully mellow 18k yellow gold with a gentle rose-gold blush.

Every scale has been individually engraved, creating a rich texture that catches the light beautifully from every angle. Tiny natural turquoise cabochons form the fish’s bright eyes, providing a delicate splash of colour and bringing this delightful creature to life.

Slightly larger and heavier than the other articulated gold fish currently available in my shop, this example has a particularly satisfying presence while remaining perfectly wearable as a pendant or charm.

This pendant remains in good vintage condition with gentle signs of age and wear entirely consistent with its history. The gold has developed a lovely mellow surface over time, enhancing its vintage character without detracting from its beauty. It bears no visible hallmarks but has been acid tested positive as 18k gold.
