A dashing high karat solid gold Semainier ring.

This marvellous ring has seven yellow gold bands, representing each day of the week. 

No hallmark - acid tested positive as 18k gold.

It weighs approximately 3.2 grams of gold.

Semanier rings were very fashionable in the 19th century and early 20th century in France. 

Each band has a different pattern engraved. 

In good vintage/used condition with small signs of age - to which in my opinion only add to its true beauty. (Vintages items are almost always pre-worn and will typically have some level of wear).
