Vintage 18k Gold Stained Horn Figa Charm

A very attractive hand carved dark brown stained horn figa.

This hand amulet is mounted on an embellished 18k gold base, with 18k gold nails and a 18k gold bangle - no hallmark - acid tested positive as 18k gold.

A Victorian Mano Fico measuring approximately 4 cm long (including bail) by 1.1 cm wide and it weighs approximately 1.89 grams.

In good antique/used condition with signs of age such to which in my opinion only add to its mysterious appeal. (Antique items are almost always pre-worn and will typically have some level of wear - Please refer to the images).

The chain on image 7 is just used as a reference.

The figa hand is used for magical protection against the evil eye and other forms of bad luck. The figa is known across the world. A truly and mighty lucky charm.
