A wonderfully talismanic little treasure.

This striking 18k gold vintage evil eye charm pendant, likely dating from the 1960s–1980s, features a beautifully polished slice of natural tiger’s eye, framed in 18K gold and centred with a vivid blue and black eye detail, likely glass inlay.

The evil eye has long been worn as a symbol of protection, luck and warding off negative energy, while tiger’s eye is traditionally associated with courage, confidence and grounding. Together, they create a wonderfully stylish protective talisman.

This charm originally came from an extraordinary continental gold charm bracelet acquired from an antique dealer, and I’ve been carefully offering each charm individually.

Acid tested positive as 18K gold.
