Vintage 9k Gold Religious Medal, Baby Crib Medal Pendant

A 9k gold continental religious medal depicting a delightful image of a baby Jesus in a cradle.

These pendants depicting the infant Jesus were and are use by parents to protect their little children by hanging the holy medal on the crib of their baby. 


The small midcentury medal is in good antique/used condition with some signs of age to which in my opinion only add to its timeless beauty (antique items are almost always pre-worn and will typically have some level of wear). Please refer to images for condition and further details.

It measures approximately 2.1 cm long (including bail) by 1 cm wide and it weighs approximately 1 grams of gold.

No hallmarks - (acid tested positive as 9k gold).

The chain on image 9 is just used as a reference.
