Vintage Green Figa, Metal Base, Resin Figa

Introducing a lovely antique pendant, featuring a delightful figa hand mounted on a beautiful metal cap.

The intricate natural details of the hand are carefully highlighted by the delicate gold tone nails, creating a delightful contrast that is sure to captivate any onlooker. The warm, green tone of the hand complement the old gold tone of the embellished metal cap, resulting in a truly harmonious combination. Figa charms were worn as powerful charms against bad luck.

1940-50s, the hand is made of bakelite or cellulose (early synthetic material).
The cap is made of metal.

This antique charm in good antique/used condition with small signs of ageing on its surface - which in my opinion only adds to its extraordinary appeal. Antique items are almost always pre-worn and will typically have some level of wear. Please refer to images.

It measures approximately 5.5 cm by 1.4 cm and it weight approximately 4.1 grams.
