Vintage Silver Peanut Locket Pendant Shell, Unique Enamelled Charm, 925 Silver, Vintage Charm, 1970s, Silver Fun Charm, Protein Charm

This delightful vintage sterling silver peanut locket is a rare little gem. I originally had two, one has already found a loving home, leaving this as the last of its kind.

Its outer shell is enamelled in a soft greenish-beige hue that perfectly mimics the texture of a real peanut, while the inside reveals a smooth blue enamel interior. 

A “925” stamp on the bail confirms its solid sterling silver quality.

In good vintage condition, it shows signs of time and wear, such as the enamel is a little distressed in some parts, which in my opinion only add to its rare appeal. (As with all vintage items, some surface marks are to be expected, please refer to the images for details.)

It measures approximately 4 × 1.5 cm and weighs around 10.3 grams.

The chain on image 10 is just used as a reference.
